What does it look like to walk with God daily and through seasons of life?  How do you have a conversation with God?  How do you listen for God’s voice?  Learning to live in relationship with God and following him closely can be the most life-changing habit we can adopt.  Yet most people have never been taught how to have a conversation with God.  In this study, John Eldredge will share stories from his personal journal about walking and talking with the Lord.   These stories and reflections will help you interpret your own story of your walk with God.
Note:  This study will include a study guide and discussion.

Apologetics - Defending the Faith - starts March 31

This course will provide answers to contemporary questions that all Christians need to know to defend the Christian faith in today's world. Every person has a fundamental belief system that determines how they see the world and how they respond to it. For example, either we are the result of a giant cosmic accident, and therefore there is no ultimate meaning or purpose to life, or we are created by a transcendent God, for a purpose, and will ultimately be held to account for how we have lived our lives.
Classic arguments will be presented for the existence of God, as well as easy-to- understand arguments people can use to expose the lies of evolution.  Of prime importance will be the evidence for Jesus Christ, His death and His resurrection, as well as the overwhelming evidence for the authority and validity of the Bible.
Instructor:  Carl Strauss, PhD in Polymer Chemistry
When:  Sundays, March 31 - April 14 (6pm - 7:15pm) - 3 Sessions
