SHBC Mission of the Week:
Living Water of Ohio
WALK FOR WATER
July 18, 2020

Please lift up the following Outreach Mission:

  • PRAISE for this 2nd annual experience to raise awareness of the struggle many Africans encounter to obtain clean water.
  • PRAISE that we can visually demonstrate what this reality looks like among the complacency of America! "He will have compassion on the poor and needy, And the lives of the needy He will save." Psalm 72:13
  • Knowing many Africans must walk about an hour to harvest water, carry a heavy container and then boil it before use – we PRAY their Load may be lifted by the placement of clean – sustainable - nearby water wells!
  • Asking our Lord to call forth local walkers for water on July 18th in support of this event for clean water projects with Living Water of Ohio!
  • May a strong movement of the Holy Spirit bring entire African communities into a rich experience of God's blessing leading many to Christ and that growing churches are planted among them!
  • That the believers among African tribes may have trained pastors to teach the Scriptures accurately and faithfully - growing in the nurture and admonition of the Lord Jesus! "For I will not presume to speak of anything except what Christ has accomplished through me, resulting in the obedience of the Gentiles by word and deed." Romans 15:18
