for Jesus Christ, and Amplify, our high school ministry, plays a key role in raising new leaders.
Our weekly Wednesday night gatherings offer students the chance to engage in
meaningful worship and hear messages rooted in God’s Word.

Meet the Leader

Pastor Joshua Meyer, Associate Pastor of Spiritual Formation and Student Ministries

Hey, I'm Pastor Josh! I'm the Associate Pastor of Spiritual Formation and Student Ministry. I earned my Master of Divinity from Grand Canyon University, but beyond degrees, my greatest joy is walking alongside students and young adults as they grow in authentic relationships with Christ. Through biblical counseling, Christian trauma therapy, and approaches like "parts work" (Internal Family Systems), I help individuals find healing, freedom, and strength in their faith. Isaiah 61 inspires me, reminding us that God heals the brokenhearted and sets us free.
Our main weekly event for high schoolers is Amplify on Wednesday nights. It’s an engaging service specifically designed for high school students to connect, deepen their faith, and build meaningful friendships while learning what following Jesus truly means in everyday life.
I'm deeply committed to helping students understand and experience the gospel as a transformative reality. Revelation 3:20 emphasizes that Jesus invites each of us into genuine intimacy with Him, transforming our lives with purpose, joy, and courage.
Outside of our Wednesday night services, I lead the annual Skyview Retreat and serve with Train To Reign, a ministry helping believers discover their identity and freedom in Christ.
Amplify at Home is a convenient, one-click resource for parents to stay informed about what their students are learning on Wednesday nights. Additionally, it provides tips and strategies to help you engage with your children at home, fostering meaningful conversations about their learning experiences. It also offers guidance on practicing prayer and Bible study together. Amplify at Home is your tool for strengthening your spiritual parenting and deepening your family's faith journey.
