FOLLOW JESUS

Start a Relationship with Christ

There’s no secret formula or special words you need to begin a relationship with Jesus. It simply starts with a prayer of faith, an honest conversation between you and God.

Prayer is just talking to God, sharing what’s on your heart. If you're ready, here’s an example of a prayer that you can pray in your own words:

A Prayer to Begin a Relationship with Christ
“God, I want a relationship with You. I realize my selfishness and sin have gotten in the way and separated me from You. I need forgiveness. I need a Savior. Thank you for sending Your Son, Jesus, to be my Savior. I believe He lived, died, and rose from the grave to forgive me and give me new life. I accept Christ. I place my trust in Him, and I want to live for You. Thank you for loving me. Thank You for forgiving me.”

What Now?
If you prayed that prayer or if you have questions, we’d love to connect with you. You’re not meant to walk this journey alone.

Baptism at Spring Hills

What is Baptism?
In Matthew 28:19-20, Jesus gives us this important command:“Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you..."

Baptism is an outward expression of an inward transformation. It’s a public declaration of a personal decision to follow Jesus Christ. The word baptize comes from the Greek word baptizō, which means “to immerse” or “to place into.” We practice baptism by immersion in water, symbolizing that we’ve died to our old life and are raised into a new life with Christ.
When you are baptized, you're saying: "I am a follower of Jesus Christ."

Who Should Be Baptized?
Anyone who has committed their life to Jesus and become His disciple. Baptism doesn’t save you; only Jesus does. But if you’ve placed your faith in Him, baptism is the next step. It’s your way of telling the world, "I belong to Jesus."

JOIN A COMMUNITY GROUP

Life is Better Together
At Spring Hills, we believe that spiritual growth happens best in community. Community Groups are small gatherings of people following Jesus together—learning, growing, and supporting one another as they live out their faith.
In a Community Group, you’ll find:
  • Spiritual Growth — Learn how to live the life of Jesus in everyday life
  • Healthy Relationships — Build meaningful friendships rooted in Christ
  • Purposeful Mission — Join with others in living out the mission of Jesus in your home, neighborhood, and beyond

Whether you're new to faith or have followed Jesus for years, there's a place for you.

SERVCE ON A TEAM

We're Better Together!
We believe that every person has unique gifts, talents, and passions, and that one of the best ways to grow spiritually is to use those gifts to serve others.

When you join a serving team, you’re not just filling a role; you’re becoming part of a mission. Whether you're greeting guests, leading kids, running tech, or serving behind the scenes, you’re making an eternal impact.
Serving is also one of the best ways to build friendships and find community.

Find Your Place to Serve
We have serving opportunities for every personality, schedule, and skill level.
