At Spring Hills, we believe that following Jesus means living a life of service. Jesus modeled it, called us to it, and Scripture reminds us that “we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them” (Ephesians 2:10).

With over 1,200 volunteer positions across 37 teams, there’s a place for everyone to serve—whether it’s greeting guests on the Host Team, teaching in Kids Korner, crafting drinks at the Missions Cafe, or supporting behind the scenes with tech and production. It takes 155 volunteers to make our four weekend services happen, and we’re always looking for more people to jump in.

We also believe that how you serve matters. “Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms” (1 Peter 4:10). That’s why we want to help you find a team that fits your unique gifts and calling—whether you’re ready to serve weekly, monthly, or just exploring where to begin.
