At Spring Hills, volunteers are the heartbeat of our ministries.

Serve in our church

At Spring Hills, we believe that following Jesus means living a life of service. Jesus modeled it, called us to it, and Scripture reminds us that “we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them” (Ephesians 2:10).

With over 1,200 volunteer positions across 37 teams, there’s a place for everyone to serve—whether it’s greeting guests on the Host Team, teaching in Kids Korner, crafting drinks at the Missions Cafe, or supporting behind the scenes with tech and production. It takes 155 volunteers to make our four weekend services happen, and we’re always looking for more people to jump in.

We also believe that how you serve matters. “Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms” (1 Peter 4:10). That’s why we want to help you find a team that fits your unique gifts and calling—whether you’re ready to serve weekly, monthly, or just exploring where to begin.

How to Volunteer

Volunteering at Spring Hills is simple. Just fill out a quick form to let us know you're interested, and our Volunteer Coordinator will personally follow up to help you find the right team. Whether you know exactly where you want to serve or you're still figuring it out, we’ll walk with you every step of the way to get you connected and confident in your role.

Volunteer with Music

If God has gifted you musically—whether through singing, playing an instrument, or both—we’d love to help you explore how you can use those gifts to serve at Spring Hills. Worship is a vital part of our church, and we’re always looking for passionate, skilled individuals to join our music teams.

There is a simple audition process to help us get to know you, hear your heart, and find the best fit. Once you fill out the form below, someone from our Worship Team will connect with you about next steps and audition details.

Volunteer with Kids

Help lay a foundation of faith for the youngest members of our church family. Whether you're rocking babies, leading a Bible story for preschoolers, or helping elementary kids apply God’s Word in small groups, you'll be part of creating a safe, fun, and Christ-centered environment every weekend.

Volunteer with Students

Students need mentors, encouragers, and faith-filled adults to walk alongside them during some of the most defining years of their lives. Whether it’s leading a small group, helping at events, or just showing up to listen and support, your presence matters.
