Next Level Leadership focuses on how to become a leader who can build a team.  You will learn how to identify potential team members, how to invite them to your team, how to train potential leaders, and how to cultivate a healthy and productive team.

This class will give a brief review of part 1 in Next Level Leadership on how to develop others into teams by motivating and positioning them for success. Part 2 will now focus on ways to train and sustain a team to be healthy and productive. 

This training will help leaders develop emotional intelligence by building awareness of their own emotions and those of others. Participants will learn four core skills to assess emotional health, understand how attitudes affect performance, and identify unhelpful feelings, behaviors, and thinking patterns in themselves and their teams.

What does it look like to walk with God daily and through the seasons of life? How do you have a conversation with God?  How do you listen to God’s voice?  Learning to live in a relationship with God and following him closely can be the most life-changing habit we can adopt.  Yet most people have never been taught how to have a conversation with God.  

This class will focus on understanding who we are in Christ and how to pray with the power of the Kingdom to release miracles in your life and those around you.  The class will discuss the authority we are given in Christ, praying against what may be coming against us, and praying to release the power of His Kingdom to experience peace, healing, and restoration.  

Leadership is built on relationships and people skills. Discover the fundamentals common to all good relationships. Learn key listening skills and how to have honest, healthy, and meaningful communication. Gain the skills to deal with conflict and have a healthy confrontational conversation.

Learn how to prepare to have the conversation and how to have the difficult conversation with practical examples of people in your life. We will talk about speaking the truth in love and dealing with blame, counterattacks, and other problems.
