Overcome (Week 2) | Never Alone
This week’s message explores the painful yet redemptive story of John Mark in Acts 15:36–41, who faced rejection after abandoning Paul and Barnabas on their first missionary journey. When Barnabas wanted to give Mark a second chance, a sharp disagreement with Paul led to their separation—leaving Mark caught in the middle and doubting his calling. Yet over time, God used Mark’s journey of restoration to grow his character, ultimately making him a trusted partner in ministry again (2 Timothy 4:11). The message reminds us that relational adversity doesn’t have to define us—God’s grace meets us even in our lowest moments of rejection and misunderstanding. We are never truly alone, and God is always working through our pain to bring growth, peace, and redemption.
